They basically said "new customizable stance socks" so even if it's just being able to color match with your uniforms it's a big visual improvement.

Small joke, but in reality, BLM has turned into a giant marketing campaign.. I think the true meaning has gotten lost. And of course almost noone actually knows anything about the radical Marxists that own the company and what their real goals are.
It seems now that if you don't bend the knee you're on the outs. So... This gives a medium for the game now to include more social justice stuff in the socks... Good enough explanation for you?

So, there's the statement.. And then there's the actual founders and company, who describe themselves as marxist organizers who have a surprising list of ideologies, you should look them up.
I have no problem with social justice and standing up for what's right and what you believe in, but what we are seeing, I believe is just a different type of corporatism.. Companies and individuals who have a nauseating history of double standards who now feel that if they hang some signs, pay some money, and bend the knee to this new thing then they may get spared of protest, or boycot, or whatever.
This is the 5 minutes of trendy before the long slog of real work that needs to get done by many who will get no recognition or praise.

Yes... I already addressed that, and apologized, I was attempting to make a dry quip about selling space or using the space for messaging on the custom socks that I poorly phrased and was lost... But, the guy basically called me a DB so I defended myself a bit by pointing him in the direction of knowledge.

I hate to be that guy, but I think he was speaking quickly and it came out wrong. I’ll be happy if I’m wrong but I believe he meant you can customize you CAP with socks, not customize the socks. On twitch they say very basic information that everyone who plays know but is news for anyone that comes in and doesn’t know much about the game... kinda like the “Luis...what ARE programs???
