It honestly looks very difficult to pass up on Stan with the maxed out contact and good power. As well as 1B secondary. Does anyone feel otherwise?

Yeah, J-Roll doesn't excite me, I thought the power might be a little higher. Maddux will probably be decent, but it's always the question of the random hanging pitches, he won't be immune to it

Yah, Jimmy or Stan... Stan may be the move though, leaning that way!

I said in a previous post that he would have 125 both sides and close to 100 power both sides. He's always one of the best cards in the game, he will be again this year.

Does Maddux not have good stats? He was going to be my choice

Stan has to be the move. Especially with 1b secondary. If jimmy had 80 power before the prestige I’d considering him, but since I don’t do online that much I’m not sold on him.

I’m pretty disappointed. His BB/9 is nothing special and that was where I expected him to shine.

Yeah. 105 BB/9. That's very good, but for Maddux? Definitely should have been better.

Maddox should have had 125 bb/9 imo. It seemed like he never walked anybody. I think he only ever had like 250 3-0 counts in his whole career ( exact number may be off but you get the point)

The veto is accurate but we need better per/9's. I wasn't expecting much there either. Sell unless I hear Musial is a beast!

The velo seems pretty accurate, although I feel like the circle change could have been a little faster. So you have 3 pitches pretty close in velo ( luckily the movement isn’t the same) and 2 really slow pitches. So I guess we will just have to see how it works out.

I have to take Maddux, even if he is underwhelming. I may buy Glavine back, So I'll have Maddux, Smoltz and Glavine, finally.

And I'll probably get pounded in every start by each of them, but I'll have the trio, so it doesn't matter I guess.

If I have enough Stubs I’ll be buying all three. Even though Rollins doesn’t have the 80 power we all were hoping for, he still looks very solid. I’ve been a fan of maddux forever, so I need to atleast try the card. And as a cardinals fan, it would be a crime not to try out Musial. I really think Musial will end up being my 1st baseman for a while.

Maddux will be super easy to Prestige, giving him that little boost in speed on FB qnd slower on offspeed. I anticipate him being as good as Orel.

I think Prestige J Roll would be best pick, but i am bashing my own head in just trying to Prestige Eric Davis, no way i want to work this hard on another card.

I’m leaning towards Jimmy. Real good contact, underrated power, great speed, and tremendous defense. Plus as others mention, his prestige card actually makes a difference. Could be a real good lead off guy

I’d rather have an MVP card from a different Cardinals 1B.
