Tips on how to take your game to the next level

That's really good! Maybe try making a graph like Murray.

Get a monitor. If you have that, just practice on legend. And just continue to play the game. You’ll pick up what players like to throw, their routines. If you are okay at hitting and not the best pitcher, watch others and pick up what they are doing.

Is this the only way to get to WS? Can you if you just play on a normal TV?
-
Make your DD lineup in a custom roster and make another team with all the pitchers you usually face. Go into legend BP as the home team and you’ll be able to practice as if it’s RS.
-
Join a good league on legend difficulty.

When I first played DD in 2018 I made it a few times on an old TV without game mode. The pitch speeds were roughly half of what they are now. I’d say that it’s borderline impossible to make WS without a monitor, especially given the heightened competition this late in the game cycle.

What a rip off.

Don't listen to that nonsense. If you are good enough you can definitely make ws on a nice tv with game mode.

I use a tv and a monitor, all depends if the wife is home or not. I haven't had an issue playing on my 6 series tcl or my H9G Hisense tv

Nothing, hope the game is rigged for a win for you

Just practicing. And watch some tip videos. I think CBrevs are the best personally. They cover a lotta things that are very obvious to me but maybe not to everyone. It's not just hitting tips. Lots of strategy etc. Highly recommend.

I’ve made WS on a TV. While it is a good bit harder than playing on a monitor it is possible. I turn up the fastball and offspeed sliders in practice mode and just try to see it as much as possible
