We know relocation and ability to choose your own team name, logo, uniforms will happen and will be on next Thursday's stream.

They also mentioned at the end of the perfect/perfect stream "full minor rosters" will be discussed next Thursday. If they are introducing full minors it is logical to expect they have changed scouting and the June draft because there are currently only 6 or 7 rounds which isn't enough to populate a franchise with full minors.

New franchise features seem to be:
    Relocate and re-brand your franchise.
    Full minor rosters
    Possible scouting changes
    Possible expanded June draft.

For me the franchise relocation is something that has been high on my list for a long time. I'm looking forward to mlbts 20.

It actually comes down to what they mean by Full Minors. What you are assuming is they expanded beyond 25 man AAA, 25 man AA and 15 man A rosters. But many others have come to believe that full rosters means they have gained name and likeness rights to players in the minors. Which would not call upon a need to change the draft.

Either scenario is exciting and I can not wait til next Thursday.

I disagree. For those of us who carry over our franchise and continue for many years it is essential for it to be sustainable going forward. If they have full minors they absolutely must change scouting and the June draft.

Another think I noticed was an indication they are allowing for realignment of divisions. That would be another addition.

I'm confused, you do see I said that full minors may not mean anything beyond just having the players named. The actual amount of players on rosters 90 would be the same. I would be willing to bet that if that is what is meant by full minors, they will not increase the number of rounds of the draft.

at minimum we are getting a 25 man roster for A ball... if its anything more than that I'm not complaining because at minimum it means that you can play with your Single A team and could also potentially start your Road To The Show in Single A... plus if the minor league players aren't in the game it means that each team gets 10 more spots for custom rosters... I like having 100 as a nice round number for rosters... that's 3,000 players and I'm here for it

EDIT: Okay so I just saw the post from @OperationSports and Minor League players are legit in the game... not sure if they need MLB Service Time but from the looks of the thread they don't... come on Brett Baty
