That's what you got from my statement? I don't know who it is, I just know that the biggest collection of the year (biggest money potential for SDS) won't be locked behind someone unappealing like Chase Utley.
Relax, Sarcasm, I know it not going to be Utley, It will be someone that has not been in the game, like it was last year.

I have over 350k in stubs right now. Debating if I should go buy those precious inning golds (Ripken, Jones, Damon, etc)
I've also sold every Prospect card I ever got. Hoping they are not part of this...
Think ill just sit tight and at least have a decent wad of Stubs and apply where needed.

Yes, that's pretty much what it is. Last year if you collected the cards necessary you would unlock the Honus Wagner card. He played SS and was pretty much the best card in the game. You had to collect a LOT of cards though and it was a grind and it cost a ton of stubs. I did it and don't remember exactly what it cost in stubs but it may have been in the 1-1.5 million or something like that. Looks like they're going to be doing the same thing again this year just don't know what the reward will end up being yet.

Oh 4, Babe would be worth it too.No pitcher, not even Randy or Koufax, is worth over a million stubs. A pitcher will never be a major collection reward. There never has been

Mays could work but I don’t think they make him a collection reward again after being the LS collection last year. Honus is again possible. If it is a new legend I see it being Clemente more than anyone
Babe makes no sense at all. SDS never makes a card difficult to acquire two years in a row, Babe was difficult to get last year. He will either be TA 4 or an inning boss this year.

Doesn't every major league stadium in the game have some placard or something that says "the chase for 56". I'm assuming that alludes to the 56 game hitting streak. And since I'm sure SDS didn't say "let the chase begin" for no reason, maybe it IS Joe DiMaggio!!!

It won't be a card like ted, who is a great bat with horrible defense and speed. I wouldn't lock in that many stubs for a bench bat. It's gotta be a five tool player type like honus, griffey or mays. It would be nice if there were multiple cards this year instead of just one. Maybe mays at 50%, Griffey at 75% and wagner at completion.

I think it will be included but might be like 15-20 of them. Not all.
