Is there a forum for 19 thats still active?

Still playing 19, decided to hold off on 20 until a season actually starts (if it starts).
Im looking for a few cards but didnt know if there was still a way to access the 19 forums.
If anybody has 96 Jorge, 99 Scherzer or Cy Yound on 19 hmu I guess...

I still play 19 a few days a week. The old forum was closed when they relaunched, but you could still talk about 19 here.
Unfortunately I only have one of each for those guys, so I can't help you out. I do have an extra 99 Jimmie Foxx if you don't have him and a few extra LS Trouts if you haven't finished the LS collection.

Ive finished all the sets, just sold my Felix to hopefully bankroll Jorge and a few other guys.

If you can get Jorge, I think you'll like him. I rotate him in with Pudge, and Bench. Everyone hated on Pudge last year, but I actually hit pretty well with him, and he is quick out of the crouch if a ball gets past him. The lack of speed and arm strength are my only knocks against Jorge.

Im batting .281 with Finest Realmuto now which isnt terrible but I have always had really good luck with Jorges cards so I want to give him a shot. Hoping someone on here who doesnt play has him and we can make a deal.

We moved away from having forums dedicated to each year of the game and just focus on modes. If you do make posts about an older version, best to add which year in the title of the post or use the tag feature.

To be honest, it's been so long I forget which cards came out when. I think 99 Jimmie Foxx was one of those later cards. He was hitting over .400 for me with a lot of power for a while, but then he kind of fizzled out a bit so I went back to Gehrig at first.
For finest cards, Cody Bellinger and Gerrit Cole are by far the best. They never left my ranked lineup after I got them. Ketel Marte is another top finest card. Switching hitting with a lot of versatility. I couldn't hit with Bregman at all for some reason but his attributes are ridiculous.

how would that work?? Jorge is on the market now with an 800k price tag.....And hes been sitting there at that price. Figured there was somebody who had him and wasnt playing 19. My sell now bid was 475 earlier today. Not sure if its still the highest.

Also I need a 5th pitcher since I sold felix.
Right now I have Cole, Sale, Feller and Strasburgh. Torn between CY, Scherzer or maybe Seaver?

Out of those three, I would probably go with 99 Scherzer. I have slightly better stats with Seaver, but I feel like I get in trouble more often with him and I have to run to the bullpen to bail him out before it all hits the fan. Cy Young I've only used in events on HOF pitching and he couldn't get the job done. Got lit up from the start in 2 of the games and from there on he was just a novelty/team build starter.
99 Cy Young: 8 IP, 4-2 record, 5.63 ERA, 10 strikeouts, 3 walks
99 Scherzer: 40 IP, 10-6 record, 2.43 ERA, 33 strikeouts, 1 walk
99 Seaver: 48 IP, 12-5 record, 2.59 ERA, 59 strikeouts, 4 walks
If you're considering other guys, maybe 96 Zack Greinke. If you can get your opponent to swing at the curveball most of the time they look foolish with the speed differential.
Zach Greinke: 54.2 IP, 19-1 record, 0.99 ERA, 70 strikeouts, 6 walks
Most of your rotation consists of power pitchers, so if you want another velocity over control type guy, look at 95 Kerry Wood.
Kerry Wood: 22 IP, 9-1 record, 1.64 ERA, 35 strikeouts, 2 walks

I forgot to mention James Paxton. He's a lightning POTM guy so I don't know how hard it would be to finish the collection at this point, but he has a 97 mph fastball and a 81 mph knuckle curve.
James Paxton: 31 IP, 14-0 record, 0.58 ERA, has 47 strikeouts, 3 walks.
And if the IP and records seem off, it's because I played a lot of event games with these guys.

I actually had both and still have Paxton but he has been getting shelled the last 3 or 4 games. It was the same story with Greinke so I sold him.
Maybe they would do better when I get back to HOF difficulty. Think im in WildCard atm.
Im gonna go ahead and put bids in for Seaver and Scherzer. I said screw it and pulled my buy order for Jorge so ill have some stubs stacked up. Im gonna try that Kerry out too, that card always gives me a hard time when I face him.
How is Ruth as a bat? Stats are obviously there but we all know how much you can read into stats.

Ruth is fantastic if you can afford him. He started off a little slow for me, but he quickly became one of my best bats. I was a little worried about his defense and lack of speed, but he has been solid in left. He won't cover as much ground as guys like Mays/Ichiro/Griffey, but I don't recall him having any errors or misplays.
I'm playing a different game at the moment, but if I remember correctly he's hitting around .330 with 40ish HR for me. Most of his stats are from ranked, and the rest came from events.
