Can't believe I'm about to say this, but

If the July POTM Program and the 6th Inning Program doesnt 'wow me'; I may be done with the game.
Don't get me wrong; its not because of horrible gameplay, although that is a slight factor, it's just now that I ahve Mantle; theres nothing left to chase.
All Monthly Programs, minus Grove and Griffey Sr, are completed. (I wont even touch thise pitching Moments with Grove abd the load time with Griifey Sr is HORRIBLE; especially of you mess up anf don't complete the first part of the Moment).
If play some MTO; but I'm not 100% sure that the file wont get corrupt. And I can only tolerate so much Showdown; before it gets boring.
Maybe once baseball starts back up; I'll be in the mood to play.
But you know it's bad, and you're just not into playing, when the wife asks you to come watch a 'girly' movie with her and you shut off the game before the HR you needed to complete the Moment lands.

Welcome to the Rut. Been here a few weeks now and my suggestion is play something else for a month or so.

just play with themed teams or something. or maybe the next event will be fun. i personally liked the live series event because i could play with the live series players finally lol

I don’t get all these posts about getting Mantle and having nothing left to play for. Seriously bro go use him. That’s the reason to grind for him.

I still have all TA's to work on, and there will be more Reds cards to come. So im still in til the end of baseball season at the least.

Created theme-teams yesterday to grind TA3 innings to get all FOTF; meanwhile, slowly acquiring exchanges for TA4. Yeah, I'm in through October at minimum. I only play two hours a day.

People have a hard time playing the game just to play without having a goal. I get it, but people need to just play to play not grind everything.

I mean I told just try to Prestige my guys and not worry about my record.
I could try to field teams with players frim the same team and grind TA Innings in the Event. I can try some MTO.
I think my pr9blem is that with my current team; theres nobody out there that I want/need.
Which brings me to another question: Did SDS release 99s to soon?
