Why the heck isn’t Ji-Man Choi’s card updated yet? He’s been on the Rays for almost 3 years and it still shows his Angels card. Pham has been on the Padres for 1 spring training and his card is updated. Renfroe has been on the Rays for 1 spring training and its updated. On the topic of cards why isn't Tutsugo in the game?

They aren’t ever as quick to update card art for cards below silver. Tutsugo will be in the game as soon as he plays an actual game

Yeah, a lot of cards get updated to follow the same picture that's on the current years Topps card. Some just get lost in the shuffle and some get updated right away even though Topps hasn't made a card with said player in his new uni. I've never looked, but those players (silver and lower) that don't get updated. I wonder if Topps has made a recent card of that player. Maybe that's why we don't see a new pic. Regardless, they can catch up on those. Even if its just the standard pick of a guy wearing his uni that's on a lot of those bronze and silver cards.
As for Tsutsugo, usually players have to play in an MLB game before they are added. Not sure if that's different this year because of the minor leagues but I am guessing not since they haven't been added. Maybe its just something where they have to play a game in this country? Not sure. That said, there's going to be one major roster update soon that is going to really shake things up with the game rosters coming more in line with what MLB teams will really have. And then the update a week or two into the season will be a big one with players like Tsutsugo and Akiyama added. Get those LS collections done now before things get real expensive on the silver and below cards that change teams/get added.
