No, my point was that you're not as good as you like to think you are and your posts come off as sour grapes when you make them and are quite annoying. With the amount of games you play if you were as good as you think you are you wouldn't have finished at 788 last season, or wouldn't drop out of world series as soon as you get there

That’s false because this game is BROKE. I’m not claiming to be the best I’m claiming that the line outs are atrocious and make the game play bad. YOU are talking about skill level not me. The top player complain about this. It’s in every stream. It’s been posted consistently.
My man I’ve had this argument with a guy just like you last season. He agreed to play me in 16 which is a version of this game that actually worked. And I smoked him. And he was considered by this community...the best player on this community.
High averages and good records in 18 and 19 are not impressive. This game is a random series of algorithms so you aren’t impressing me. If they fix this game and make user input relevant. You will not hear a single complaint from me.

That also goes back to what I said, it was so much easier to hit in 16 and 17 when your pci didn't go out of the zone, you were rewarded for jamming your pci to the corners of the zone instead of being penalized for not being precise with your pci placement.

I’ve made World Series several times. I’ve played at a pretty competitive level. Are you better? Maybe. Don’t matter. What I’m saying is facts. Line outs are a problem. And that was 18, and 19 and pretty much since they changed the ball physics. I didn’t complain ever before the change. My issue had more to do with bunt cheesing. The hitting was always fine.
Ignoring it is silly. Standing behind it is insanity.

Stop playing then, it's February, sorry that you both lose more than you think you should. At this point in the games cycle if you hate it so much you have nobody to blame but yourselves, your [censored] is getting old, find something else to do or shut the hell up, nothing is going to change in this game in February.
Perfect game you've played 668 games either get over it or do something else with your time, at least Demise has only played 375, still an insane amount for 2 guys that hate the game this much.
Ummm, I do find something else to do. That is why I only have 375 games. I have 3 times as many wins in PUBG (both consoles combined) than I do games played on MLB.

These sample sizes seem a little too large to blame the game...

Not about losing. Stop. This is a known issue said by the top players and top streamers in the world. “Don’t play then” is a bad approach because if everyone who had this issue which is EVERYONE...stopped playing. Then there would be no game.
Your response of ignoring it facilitates them not fixing it. I’ve seen this work for and against me in line outs. And it usually progressively improves in big moments. The problem is. If one player squares 8 pitches for outs those outs build pitch confidence and lower pitch count which in the end has dramatic effects on game play.
User input in a competitive game should supersede everything...it’s a game. It should act as a game. The better inputs should win 100% of the time. And that’s not the case. If that were the case in call of duty there would be no pros. If this game wants to go toward the competitive level they have to stick to a learning curve and force new players to grasp it or move on. What they are trying to do it secretly make everyone happy. The real way to do that is make a skill gap and let people adjust to the skill gap. Not randomize the games inputs to structure wins/losses based on collected data
Not a cry post. Not an empty sore loser complaint. The biggest issue I’ve ever seen in a game in my life is this.
No. If everyone stopped playing then maybe sds would fix the issues that plague this game. The main issue is that sds will come out with a bunch of vids claiming to "fix" all the issues that people complain about, get you all excited about 20 to where you'll buy it. Then they will do an update and completely ruin the game. But they don't give a [censored] cause they already have your money. And the suckers will continue to buy stubs, lining the pockets of sds regardless of how bad the gameplay is.

I am way above average in this games. Many 12-0 runs, many World Series tags, many top players beat. I don’t wanna hear that garbage. That’s a lame excuse to try and make me look irrelevant. Use that on the players that haven’t played at a high level. Not gonna work in this case. Womp womp.
You can’t use that nonsense you say to these guys that never break allstar...not gonna fly.
Hey man. I'm with you on the faster pitch speeds and smaller PCIs, but this late in the games life cycle, what's the point? SDS knows the complaints (as they have been well documented at this point). Just seems like you are pissing into a head wind.
Your opinion has validity, but as Skep has pointed out, you always seem to do this after a loss. That was his point.
You claim to deserve 250 more wins than you have, but are speaking of beating several top players. If you think that you are getting screwed out of wins because you are playing (and losing) to "lesser" opponents, couldn't the same be said for your wins vs several top players? Do they feel screwed when the "Little Billy Code" goes in your favor?
Yes the game is a little off, and honestly, I agree with your assessment that they are trying to make everyone happy (as I've been saying for years). As a company that is trying to sell as many copies as possible, isn't the point to try and make everyone happy? It's tough enough to make the "elites" happy, but they comprise such a small amount of the overall population of the game that SDS cannot ignore the majority of it's player base.
I believe with these ESL tournaments and "custom leagues", SDS is setting themselves up for their best chance to make "everyone happy". With the game going cross-platform and with the next gen consoles right around the corner, I believe we are going to see the return of Online Franchise and a distinct separation between "casual" and "competitive" gamers.
I think that Ranked Seasons will continue as it is (let's call it Regular Season for right now), being the "catch all" for H2H games, but there will be another mode (let's call it Post Season for the time being) where the ultra competitive gamers (like most of those in the ESL tournaments) can flex their muscles for increased rewards (maybe like COTW-autographed bats, 50k stubs etc) in something like a hybrid between BR and RS, where there are tiered levels with rewards (RS) but there is a loss limit (like BR).
So say you've reached WS in Regular Season and have some time to kill. You hop onto Post Season and can play only against other players that have made WS that season. You win 3 games (without losing 2), you get 25k stubs. You win 6 games (without losing 2), you get 50k stubs. You win 9 games...you see where I'm going. When you lose 2 games, you get kicked from the "session" and have to restart your run.
Just an idea obviously, but with the increase in "new" players to the franchise, and the fact that they are throwing their hat into the egaming ring, I can see them giving us 2 differing online 9 inning game modes.
Or at least that would appease many folks maybe??
