5th Inning Bosses.. Do you use stubs to get the other 2? Or how else do you get all three?

I have never gotten one of the vouchers for getting all three.. with how good all three of these dudes are and how hard it is to pick between them, I am wondering how exactly to go about getting all three.

Yes the only way is from the community market. They will probably be around 60k when the sale ends
