Elite live series pitchers

Degrom sherzer and Cole . These guys all suck . Am I the only one who notices this ? I am a pretty good pitcher and I find all of these guys to be awful .

Scherzer was decent last year at the start of the year. Some people liked verlander but especially by July, most live series cards aren’t considered good.

All live series are buns. It's how they make money. Make the live series cards irrelevant within 2 months so everyone locks them in for the collection reward and only uses two or three of the collection rewards by summertime. locking all those stubs and don't even use the cards. At least in the past we could quick sell them.

Last year I was dominant with Sherzer and degrom . I spent 170 k on Cole this year and could barely get an out with him . Just part of the stub scam I guess

Pitching stinks all around this year. No sinker? No bueno.

I need a slider . Sinkers and two seamers always get hit when I pitch . They may as well eliminate the two seam fastball it’s a joke

The two seam doesn't fade to the pitchers strong side as it is supposed to. Its like a slower fast ball in this game.

If it’s a slower fastball it should be easy to locate . It always ends up down the middle

The future stars idea is buns. No way around it. Guys who are barely a step above the minor league are rated higher than the best player of all time in mike trout.

The future stars idea is buns. No way around it. Guys who are barely a step above the minor league are rated higher than the best player of all time in mike trout.
Best player of all time might be a significant stretch. He still has to stay healthy for a solid 10 more years and produce at an elite level in all of those ten years to even crack top 5. Come on guy

I thought we were playing a video game. Those cards are projections. That’s what the point of the card is. Who knows , 15 years down the road 1 or 2 of those guys will be on a hall of fame trajectory. I mean 6 years ago Jacob deGrom was a lanky long haired kid with aspirations of what he has become. 30 years ago Brien Taylor was a can’t miss prospect for the Yankees that never panned out for one reason or another. So why are we complaining about a projection card. Let’s just enjoy their inflated attributes and move on.

Who was as good as him their first eight years in the bigs?
I can name at least three. Ever heard of ALex Rodriguez pre PEDs, Barry Bonds pre PEDs, Willy Mays??? All those guys were similarly equal to Mike Trout through a similar period of time. Heck Mel Ott was even better before his career fell apart at or about the same age Trout is now. Let’s just be realistic with placing current players on such grandiose pedestals before the completion of a career. History is littered with would of, could of, should of’s. Maybe we are lucky enough to be witnessing history and only time will tell.

They are all beyond garbage. I was extremely disappointed considering I locked in 500K plus basically on them. Scherzer is useful the rest suck

Slider, Change and Curve with a 4 seam.
