I think I’ll stick with Biggio still haven’t fully prestige him. But yeah that cano looks pretty good . And i don’t know why they made this Griffey a locked collection reward can’t speak for others but his not enticing enough for me to lock in stubs for . My outfield of Mantle ,Walker , prestige Bellinger is set.
Completely agree. He’s not good enough to bench any of those guys my OF is the same but instead of walker I use Sheffield (cuz of the Yankee connection but Walker is sick)

Sandberg is better for sure, just because he's a yankee doesn't make him better lol

Do you really think he's that good? I had nothing but perfect/perfect flyballs to the warning track and can't seem to find an infield hole for a single for my life so I put Sandberg back at 2B. Maybe I should give Jackie another try.
He swings a wet noodle. Half my opponents have him and he has never gotten a solid hit. Either bloopers, infield grounders or bunt cheese. No dingers, not even line drives in the gap. The card is the same every year. Free and appealing but performs like a wedgie.
This has been my experience as well, but I booted him quite quickly tbh after drawing the same conclusion as you did, that he's the same every year and therefore he sucks this year as well. Maybe I should give it another go just to reaffirm how bad he really is.
Jackie & Lou Brock were my favorite cards in MLB 17 & Jackie was very usable last year. There’s just something about his swing I’m able to square up the ball most of the time. I just got Jackie today and he’s going right into the #2 slot in the batting order right behind Brock. Can’t wait to use online! -

I think you’d really like Murphy. He has a glitchy swing. Just a thought, he’s killing it for me. Ton of AB’s(not all event) and he’s hitting .350. You always give me good insight to my lineup so maybe I can help you for once!

Card is absurd and probably never leaving my line up. If they juice up a silver slugger CarGo he would never leave either.

Yeah he's a good card, but I wouldn't play him over prestige Sandberg who I've been playing at 2B since I sold Zobrist when he was still worth a fortune. The only reason I would consider putting Jackie in is because that would balance out my batting line up; Jackie would move up to hitting lead off and I can insert a big bat in the 6 hole where Sandberg is currently batting.

Thus far I can say I've gotten rewarded at a really nice clip, when it comes to having his perfect/squared contact go for homeruns. It's probably worth giving him another game to try him out in. People will definitely spam inside sinkers against him...as you can already imagine. However, I've had crazy good outcomes versus offspeeds, high/center & away pitches. If he still sucks for you you'll always have Sandberg to rely on anyways

I've had a lot of success with Jackie so far. Been playing 1 and batting lead off for me setting the table. I'm always taken back for a brief moment when he crushes a no doubter but then I remember he's got like 80/79 power so perfect perfect fly balls are gonna get out more often than not.
His speed is definitely lethal, and he's got his fair share of infield hits as well. Great card this year. Elite speed, elite contact, surprising pop, and gold defence anywhere you put him.

Not the best, maybe not even top 5, but as far as hitters go, Daniel Murphy deserves a mention here
