Have they mentioned why they changed TA3 from 50 to 70 points to complete? It's been visible since release that stages 2, 3, and 4 were all 50 points. So why did they force in 20 more points into this stage?

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure stage 2 was always 70 points too.

They did it to give people packs.

Also since they made them sellable, you can use them a little while for progress if you choose.

    Stage 1 was 70, stage 2 was 50.

    Stage 1 was 70, stage 2 was 50.

I stand corrected. I knew one of them was 70.

They couldve given packs/more packs at any of the listed 4 thresholds, so I dont see how adding 20 more points to complete is helping that.

Because ppl complained that stage 2 ended with the reward, and any usage of the card resulted in wasted missions.stating that they liked stage 1 going to 70,cause they could use the reward and get progress toward bonus rewards.

OK, that makes sense. I wonder how many additional levels they will add to stage 4 now. Considering they are making these harder/more consuming to complete, I hope they will add better collection rewards for the full path at the end.

This is exactly right. Now after getting the card at 50 there is a reason to use that card to help grind to 70. In Stage 2 there wasn’t and I honestly have hardly used any Future Stars cards for that reason. Glad they made Stage 3 like Stage 1.

Next question: what is the benefit in locking in around million stubs (if each is about 33k) worth of now sellable cards, plus completing stage one for a 5 pack bundle of BiaH packs? I would think the collection reward should be appropriate for the amount you are locking in. Maybe it shouldve been a player like Wagner, or something more ridiculous like a 100 bundle of BiaH packs.

Right but you get the player card after 50 points

You were always getting the player after 50 points. That didnt change. They added an additional 20 points after.

The probable answer is what has been mentioned above.

Rewatched the pre-launch DD stream and can confirm Levels 180 and 190 were originally designated as "Fall".

I locked in 30. 5 pack bundle plus an extra 5 for the collection. 185 BIAH packs is a minimum of 185k in stubs. You're doing just fine locking them in.

You get a 5 pack bundle for "collecting" 60 FotF players. Locking them in.

You get the packs and stubs you are referring to just for progressing through the TA3 path. It doesnt require you "collecting" any players. You can still sell the players.
