Kluber, Hal, and then King Felix

I like the idea of being able to pick your starting pitcher, but it doesn't work in practice. Guys shouldn't be able to use all starters, every game--especially when SDS is giving away the best starters in the game. I just like to see bullpen strategy too.

I'd rather my opponent bring out King Felix then 97 Chapman or 99 Rivera. Honestly the bullpen is way more usable now, so I think we start seeing less and less starters use.

I never have problems with Felix, I’ve scored at least 5 every time I face him, rather him then dibble or Chapman

Picking the starter was a great idea but allowing starters as relief pitchers is where they screwed it up but seeing as though there has been numerous patches and only lately altered the stamina, I'm guessing it's working as intended

Not so much that, though I guess since a cutter is a type of fastball, that's true for Mo, but it's Chapman's offspeed that's a killer.

Picking the pitcher was a good change. The only changes I would make to the system is to take away more stamina when a guy pitches/warms up and to make SPs regenerate energy slower.
Come to think of it, it might make sense to scale energy regeneration based on how long the game lasts so a quit after 3 innings only regenerates 1/3 of the normal energy

The problem isn't that there's a lack of bullpen arms, its that relievers enter the game exhausted no matter what you do.

I use Felix as my long reliever/guy I go to when I don't want to tax my bullpen for future games when the current one is out of hand. He's been awful for me.

That stamina update made a slight difference in that pitchers who pitched that game do not receive any stamina back (before you could throw a quick inning and recover it back next game) so I've noticed guys like YourFriendKyle who are way better at the game than I am, yet his rotation is perpetually in need of rest because he uses 3-5 starters a game a lot.
I really like the Rays opener strategy. And honestly, in RS all I care about right now is Prestiging King Felix so if I feel like he can handle the next 7-8 IP I'm all for it.........though that 97 Chapman needs to get his work in too
