If you do the inning showdown more than once. Is the xp repeatable. Say if I do the 5th inning showdown again. Would I get the same 75 xp each time?

Yes. If your decent at showdown, there is no better way to make XP/ time played

You don’t get the 75 points twice towards the inning program. You get the xp and stubs through your it
