What Do The Numbers Represent On Label PCI Contact In Batter Analysis?
-
I had a total of 18 red dots range from 7-14, including one 'P.' Is the higher the number suppose to represent a higher chance of getting a hit, even though it resulted in an Out?
Also, does anybody know the difference between "Label Swing Timing" and "Timing: Good" located in the RESULT category? I pretty much figured out that "Label Swing Timing" shows the timing being Just Late, Early, etc., but trying to understand the difference between the two because there were red dots for "Timing: Good" and yet it was labeled Just Late, Early, etc.

P means perfect.
1 means you got the worst possible PCI placement.
14 means the best PCI placement but not perfect.Swing timing is pretty self explanatory, JE means just early, JL means Just Late, N means good and so on.

Thanks for the feedback. Yeah, I get the swing timing part, but if you 'click' over to the right a few more, you'll get to "Timing: Good." That's where I'm confused, because how can timing be good if you're swing timing is JE or JL? Do you know what I mean?

Doesn’t mean a [censored] thing this year. Because late and early are rewarded more then good or perfect perfect.

That is because with the new swing feedback there is a sort of "area" which represents "good" timing. But you can be a little in front of that or a little behind, and it will still read good timing. But in reality, you were just a tad early/late on it. That's why sometimes when that arrow is just past the green part but still says good, the ball will go oppo as if you were late.

Got it, cool, thank you.

So since Ramone couldn't tell us what the PCI was, can you? It's not the barrel of the bat which I thought it was. What is it then?

You'll get timing good and JE/JL depending on the part of the zone
A pitch middle away and you hit it into oppo gap, swing is JL on timing but also is a good swing cause that's how you want to hit those. -

I have no idea either.
