Mysterious Pack

So after winning an RS game, the post-game rewards screen comes up and there's this choice pack of 1 of 3 players. One is the 84 Griffey Sr, another is 83 Bedrosian, and I don't remember who the last player was. I took Griffey Sr. because he's selling for 10k. But where did this pack come from and why does Griffey sell for 10k?

It's 1 of the former inning programs. They're expensive cards because 150 stars is the only way to get them and the program has already finished

Hmm, okay, so it makes me wonder if it's a valid market investment to buy these guys up when they come out, and then sell them for much more later.

Yes it is in fact is a way to become fabulously stub wealthy. But not these specific cards anymore, go and look for the Program rewards and buy those gold rewards at close to quicksell value (low risk) and sit and wait, most all of them will rise dramatically at some point this summer
