Chapman vs Dibble

I have both.
Dibble has been great.
Chapman average so far. A lot of people are used to hitting him off his windup. Both can get you in trouble with walks if you are facing an opponent with a hawk eye

Ya Wagner for sure...
Maybe a high end Andrew Miller like last year. I always like his cards. Quick delivery.
Possibly a higher rated Dan Plesac? I don't know...
But ya, Chapman's a lock for an endgame bullpen with 2-3-4 leftiesMiller it would depend on what pitches they give him and if he gets outlier. he’s thrown changeups and sinkers in the past but we’ll have to see. Plesac could be good, Don’t think I’ve ever faced him in the game so worries me he might be easy to pick up.

I think both are endgame bullpen pieces, but I don’t know what other lefty bullpen arms are gonna come out that will be much better than Chapman. Britton and McGee both have prime cards already. Hader and Wagner will prob get high end cards but not sure who else would even come close to pushing Chapman out of the pen

Tough call. You could technically just go 85 Chap and 91 Dibble if you need two arms. The 97 Chapman is just an absolute monster on HOF though.
-
Granted I haven’t used the signature Chapman yet but Dibble is easily the best reliever I’ve used in the game this far. If you can, as someone stated I’d do live series Chap and Dibble.
-
Chapman sucks on allstar. That is all

Yeah, and that’s tough because it’s where I spend a lot of my time (usually end up in DS, but too late in the season to advance more. I’m 40 - 16...not sure I’m good enough anyway, but never really had the time for a strong WS push).
I feel like no pitcher is truly dominant on All-Star.

Thought about that aspect - could buy Dibble and still have LS Chapman. But I have Wagner and completed the Mantle Collection just last week - so at this point I’m more focused on quality than quantity.
Good point by you though.

Dibble all day long. I think it's much easier to pick up Chapmans pitches. Dibble's 3 pitches are filthy.
-
Dibble is a monster. He has a sub 1.5 ERA for me, and I think on HOF/Legend he has a sub 1. 101/91/81 4 seam/cutter/slider is filthy, especially because a lot of people sit fastball and can't tell the cutter is coming in way slower until it's too late.

I use pulse and both these guys are useless to me. I would walk every batter unless I am right down the middle. These are definitely only for analog users.
-
Both are great but I think the live series Chapman isn't that far off of the 97 Chapman so I would go with dibble

He is 150% different that the LS. The added change up is the difference. Can be thrown to righty’s or lefty’s effectively. Also the outlier sinker helps big time as well.

Dibble is head and shoulders above anyone. I don’t think SS Chapman is much better than LS Chapman, but both are good.

The changeup is nice but I think the fastball/silder combo is good enough to not really need the changeup and I prefer the mid 80s slider on the live series Chapman more than the 90 mph slider on the 97 Chapman so I think the difference is small.
The 97 might have outlier on the sinker but im not a fan of the sinker for either card so that's only a small deal in my opinion -
