Bench: Thomas, Pujols, Hornsby, Ruth, Mays
Your always going to face Gibson and then Gossage. Load up with lefties and then once you get through them the game brings in Wagner and switch to all your righty bench bats.
Once CPU brings in Wagner, they don’t have anymore pitchers so work the count a lot!

Good advice here! The best part about Wagner being the last pitcher is that he will be forced to bat. I ended up with bases loaded in the 9th and 2 outs, but luckily it was Wagner who was batting (he still put up quite a fight). Something to keep in mind if it's close and you want to intentionally walk Bench (I think he bats 8th) to get to Wagner.

Yes This is very true had the same thing happen. Had two guys on and was winning 10-2 in the 9th and Wagner came up and I was pumped!!

Bellinger. Williams. Griffey Jr. Yelich. Brett. Cano. Wagner. Piazza. Bench: Chipper. Frank. Hornsby. Vlad Sr. Mays. I used Gerrit Cole for my pitcher. I left him in until the 4th but I would t recommend that.
