Why are the market prices all so low!?

Lots of people dropped 70k on packs Friday and supply was boosted with free conquest packs.

I sold Banks and got several high diamond cards I think will go back up. If not, I have lots of good cards now instead of one.

Probably not...maybe when TA3 drops or a stub sale

For old cards, no. For new 99s, yes.
