This also happened to me yesterday. I found a forum that suggested switching wifi from 5g to 2.4g and it worked for me.

I'm pretty sure I haven't been banned hahah
@joshdcarr25 I have a wired connection though, tried wi-fi but still doesn't work. Can you tell me on which forum you saw that advice? Thanks

Why would you switch from the 5ghz band to the 2.4 ghz band. Unless you’re nowhere near your wireless router the 5ghz band is much much faster and less populated with traffic. Whoever gave that advice clearly does not understand WiFi and how AC WiFi actually works. And on another note gaming on WiFi is simply stupid to begin with. WiFi is not stable enough to maintain constant connectivity. If you’re gaming you really need to be hardwired into your modem.

It worked though and I stopped getting disconnected every few minutes. I even tried switching back and it started disconnecting me again. I think it is something wrong with the ps4-pro.

Well being a network engineer I know that the 5ghz frequency is a much faster network when your in the vicinity of the router. However, if your router has those separated you’re not taking advantage of what your router is capable of doing. The router should have a combined ssid to enable band steering. This allows your router to move devices automatically to the correct band based on your devices rssi, which in laymen’s terms is the connection strength of a particular device determined by your router. But in general you won’t see your max bandwidth speed on the 2.4 ghz network. Sorry if this doesn’t make a lot of sense. It still holds true that you really shouldn’t be gaming wirelessly if at all possible and certainly not when your game is dependent on your internet connection like DD is in this game. Hope this helps

Ever since the content update of yesterday afternoon, I haven't been able to play more than a minute in Diamond Dynasty: every time I try to play a game in conquest, the game gives me "a network error has occurred" and disconnects me from The Show online.
Everything worked just fine up until yesterday morning, my connection is fast and stable enough and I'm connected to the router via ethernet cable.
I tried to submit a support ticket but haven't gotten a response and I don't know what else to try: i've reset my router, changed the DNS settings, uninstalled and reinstalled the game etc...
Anyone else had a problem like this? Any tips of any kind would be extremely helpful.
Thanks in advance!I’m having similar problems, no solution yet

I agree which is why I used 5g to begin with. Unfortunately, I don't have a long enough cable to have it hardwired.

get a powerline adapter and run it from the modem to wall, then your playstation to nearest wall for the other one

Based on that response you’re a troll and offer no constructive material to this thread.
