Can you report someone for not playing?
-
This dude I'm playing in the event firstly is basically begging for a win with his team name saying he needs 1 more win and all he is doing now is letting me basically rack up stats while intentionally walking belli and Didi any way to report this guy?
-
Sorry, no disrespect, but posts like this are just beyond ridiculous.
Not trying to pass judgment on you, but on the surface, it sounds like you want to report a guy because you're racking up stats and you're the one who's benefiting from the game?...sounds ridiculous right?
I've intentionally walked plenty of players, and even back-to-back batters more than a few times for strategic purposes. So you really don't know if he's intentionally allowing you to rack up stats. Maybe he just really sucks...after all, he's the one asking you for the win.
If you want to report him, I hate to know what you want to do to the guy when the role gets reversed.

Dude it wasn't even strategic he straight up wasn't playing and just letting pitches go right down the middle wasn't moving any of the fielder's or trying to get outs that's what annoyed me like [censored] I don't mind getting stays but I'm also trying to get better at the game and that doesn't help

So once you've reached level of satisfaction of boosting your stats, you then purposely strikeout to expedite the game. Although, it may be frustrating, you can't really complain for coming out with the win. Move on to the next game, and continue your attempt at getting better. Done.

@onnagood1 you say “sorry, no disrespect” but you once hi-jacked my post and said my opinion didn’t matter bc I played a few games against the AI. (You musta looked at my history) your funny man, why even say that? You clearly like to be disrespectful. Be real not a fake

Huh?...out of left field and plus I don't even know you.
But what I do know is....you talk about hi-jacking posts and yet here you are....Wow, what a hypocrite. That's facts.

What’s your all thoughts?
It's hard to value your opinion when you're predominantly a CPU player.
Transition your game over to RS for all your games and you'll find your opinion on pitching will change rather quickly.
Additionally, you'll become one of the people complaining about "right down the middle" pitches on good releases as well.

Look man...Sometimes people just get frustrated with this game & act crazy. You don’t know what the guy on the other end is going through - be it game related or in real life. Just collect your win & stats boost and let it go.

Seen this before, get enough stats, especially enough to mercy rule, then make yourself get out take the W and move on. You getting mad is actually playing into what they want. Think of it as a gift.

About a week ago, some dude messaged me in the 1st inning of an event game and said “hey, I have something to do for the next 10-15 mins. Just tee off.” So I did. When he came back, I did the same for him. I think I ended up losing that game like 34-37 or something. So, anyway. My point is ... wait, what was my point? I don’t remember now.

That's hilarious!
You're hurt and holding a grudge over that? Really don't know why, when my statement is true. Pitching is completely different in RS vs. CPU. I can locate my pitches pretty much spot on for the most part in CPU, but with RS it's dicey, when aiming for corner strikes, usually a ball or worse right over the middle of the plate. That's facts. Ask anyone in a separate thread if gameplay is completely different on RS vs. CPU, or better yet, just let it go.

@zach7153
Something similar happened to be before too, except when I started striking out to end the inning, he began throwing balls. Worse, when I started swinging at the balls to strikeout, he began throwing them in the dirt and would intentionally not make the throw to first. On top of that, I eventually began to steal home to intentionally get out, and he still managed to dive out of the way to avoid tagging my runner. I eventually got out enough times to end the game somehow.
Bottom line though, some people do these things for no legitimate reason. You just have to remind yourself that and be thankful that you were raised better. -
I would of gladly put up 100.
