What's so hard about updating the Managers like the rosters are? In every professional sport ? Coaching is never the stable job ? David Ross is the Cubs Skipper and all the other teams new Managers as well? Fix it

Saw someone say they have to be manager for a full year before being added into the game. I don't know why they would do that, but that may be the case. Doesn't make much sense.
