Anyone else get this bug in events?

Up 4-1 in 3rd screen locks up. Can’t do anything so I wait a few minutes thinking it’s a freeze off and hoping OP pulls.
“Your game was forfeited” as tho my pause timer ran out but game wasn’t paused on my side. I’ve had a few freeze offs this season but never seen this? I wasn’t even disconnected from the server? Any idea what happened?

I don’t think I was, the screen was a birds eye view of the infield but menu wasn’t up. I may have just inserted a pitcher. I messaged dude if he was frozen and he’s just ignoring me.

It is a known bug that happens entering or leaving the bullpen menu. They said in a previous patch they fixed it but I know I have had it happen after they said they fixed it.

The other player for sure made it happen, I saw a YouTube video on this.
