Why did Hamels price skyrocket??

He was going for around 50k, but now hes up to 70-80k. Why? That's more expensive than King Felix and Grienke.

The market is super unpredictable! I have snagged Trout a 308k when he was typically 320k that week. I snagged Verlander at 114k when he was 120k. Look for the dips in price a bunch if you want that card.

I should sell my Hamels and buy him back later when he's down 55-60k

I have Hamels and don't have Glavine but I'm almost positive that Glavine > Hamels. Hamels is a solid #3 or #4 though

If only Glavine was given a better card (he deserves one) you have probably seen those threads at a point

I have Glavine but not Hammels. Glavine is very good, but I wouldn’t say he’s elite. I expect to give up 2-3 runs a start. He takes a long time to figure out, but when you opponent does, he’s toast. The problem with guys like Hammels and Glavine is that they require your opponent to swing at something outside of the zone. If you’re facing someone super disciplined, there’s no way to overpower them.

That's what I'm afraid of. Anymore you almost need guys who can throw hard.

Guess I should've flipped Grienke earlier. Price down to 50k and plummeting.....Was going to sell and try Hamels but I guess I'll just keep Grienke now.
