Why did my created player change name and appearance?

He is now named Josh James and looks completely different. What in the world is this?

Probably because you named him Dirty Sanchez, or Mike Hawk ? Or along those lines...

Kdog Trox was the name. Changed his appearance, motions, everything. Josh james is a bronze pitcher i used in the event.

It’s happened to me as well a few times with my CAP pitcher. After fixing it the first time, I just exited DD and went back in and he was back to what I created.
