Bad evaluations

Do you think the programmers at SDS get bad employee evaluations for jacking up the game?
-
That’s a rude question.

Just a random thought. I was a programmer for many years. Our performance evals were based on how good/bad our product was. Didn't know if that was still a thing. Programmers held to a higher standard.

Who would judge the product? By forums or sales? If it's the public, it would never be good enough.

What kind of work did you do?
Meeting deadlines with a usable product is the most important criteria in software design.

Whether they do or not, it's none of your business and none of mine either. As a matter of fact, between SDS employees it's none of their business either how one of their coworkers is being evaluated. There's a reason this happens behind closed doors for each and every employee. And if they are in fact not happy with your performance, people will know when you're on your way out.
