I regularly play like absolute garbage and look like a fool for a solid 3 innings before clawing my way to victory. Though I appreciate people like you quitting so I can keep my Felix fresh

Yesterday, I started a game pitching. Bloop single, bloop single, 3 run bomb. I didn’t quit like a sissy, I stuck it out and won the game.
Some of you people are entitled little whiners. Can’t face adversity of anything hard. Take the easy way out and quit. Sad.
Lol... and funniest part is when they blame their bad record on quitting out of so many games.

And yet we’ll all see another rant post in a few hours from the appropriately named Demise. One of the great mysteries of humans, continuing to obsess over something that only brings misery

Then the 8th inning comes around, I can’t get out and end up winning.
I think that “script” can change At any moment during the game.I agree with what you said. But, just because the AI suddenly allows your team to do something it couldn't the whole game..and your opponent is suddenly hamstrung..does that really give you a feeling of accomplishment? Because it just reminds me what a big piece of deception the game is.
One day a software company will create a true simulation sports game. I can't wait for that day.

No it doesn’t make me feel like I did much. I’m well aware of when I’m getting screwed and when my opponent is getting screwed. But at the end of the day we’re all playing the same game, so why quit early when the script could flip when it matters?

I find the games I start like that, I win. It’s the ones that I rip the ball for 4 runs in the first that I end up losing.

If you get this upset over the game fimd a new one
If I was upset you would have seen a bunch of censored words in that post. Would like to see a fair, level playing field for everyone.
Game isn't improving. They can put all the patches they want but if they don't address connections, it will stay the same. -

Yeah cause it’s not like there’s 8 more innings or anything like that. And it’s not like base runners EVER get thrown out without a slide step. It’s baseball man.
8 more innings of tell tale signs, no thanks. They don't get thrown out without a slide step when the connection is good. I told you, I can tell within the first 3 innings how the game will go. The signs are there, you just have to know what to look for. I'm not mad, it is what it is. Game is extremely predictable.
You ever stick through one of those games and end up with a W?
I’ve had a ton of games where I’m getting my *** ****** all game. Good input lineouts, good/okays that should be good/squared. Opponents getting cheap hits and early/okay HRs.
Then the 8th inning comes around, I can’t get out and end up winning.
I think that “script” can change At any moment during the game.
Nope. Only way you win a game like this is if opponent swings at balls or can't hit balls down the middle. All those signs are signs of a game with bad connection. That isn't going to change. If your opponent doesn't swing at balls and can hit a pitch over the middle, you will lose. Since your good/good+ won't result in hits, you have zero chance of winning.

Had a game yesterday I was using meter pitching and I suck with meter. Gave up 3 runs first inning, all my fault. Bottom of 1st score 3 more. Didn't see any of my tell tale signs and knew I was winning the game right then. Bottom of 2nd, scored 4 more and opponent quit.
Sad is the fact I can tell that early if I am going to win solely based on connections. Has little to do with the opponent.

I have gigabit fiber with an Archer AX11000 gaming router and play hardwired. The connections drive me insane. My ping at the highest is 5 usually sits 1-3. Sometimes playing online it’s like there’s 2 separate games going on. Extremely frustrating.
