Conquest question

Do you have to win every space to win the conquest and get your inning stars? Also, are the only hidden rewards packs and stubs?

Only games you have to play are the strongholds. Also be on the lookout for any "steal fans" requirements. You might be missing that one to get your stars.

I think there is a couple that require you to get x stronghold in so many turns too

Depends. You get stars by completing all the conquest missions for that map. If there's not a 'occupy every territory' mission for a certain map, it's not required for stars.

I think there's also XP in some spots? And there was one map in 17 where they hid an AS Griffey behind the Reds stronghold so it's not entirely out of the question.

If you hit square on conquest map it will show the goals for the map, for inning conquest maps you have to complete all the goals

Pretty Much Yes, One of the Goals is usually to Occupy Every Territory. Your Program Stars are awarded for the Goals Completed. Not just by filling the board. Some Goals require to Steal "X" number of Fans, Acquire "X" Amount of Fans. Sometimes you even have to defeat a stronghold within a set number of turns. Knock these out first and progress from there. That way you complete all the goals in one go.
