For the Gold or better pack you get from showdowns or bundle topper- yes

Yes, I got a Headliner from a silver or better pack week one. It's not common, don't hold your breath, but it COULD happen.

Highly Doubtful, you’re misremembering it more than likely. You’re thinking of the Gold toppers pack, the stated player pulls on the exhanges does not say gold or better so you in fact did not pull a Diamond Charlie Morton from one of them
