Post game reward odds for conquest victories on legend?

Do your odds go up for better cards on legend or HOF? I’ve gotten Bellinger early in the year on All Star as an after game reward. Someone said before they thought they had the most luck on All Star. Just curious

I think it’s the same odds that are shown when you do play VS cpu for whichever difficulty you play.
