Ok. My dad has an account, but never plays. Could I sign him up for emails, and then use his code for me? Also, I went and am signing up for email, and it doesn't have America as a place of residence. UGH
It's too late now...you had to of had it on at the time the emails were sent out

I looked up emails from playstation and then clicked on the playstation.com link. I entered everything in. Note: America is not an option for your residence. Neither is the United States of America. I am hoping that will work.

Better than none. It can help with my collections.

The email is a campaign targeted to specific players based on what they have or haven't done in-game, so not everyone will get this offer.

This was more of a statement to remind people to check if they have opted in for emails/offers from PlayStation. If you aren't opted in, you aren't going to get any emails.
