I would think so... McCutchen surely can't be the only 95+ card out of 8.

How will it work as far as pack odds? Who exactly are the “base” players? Are they the lower 90s out of these players or are they regular mid tier diamonds?

Not sure which players are gonna wind up in what tiers. I know the base tier includes 5 cards. The rare tier includes 3. The rare tier odds are 1:4.

There will be 3 rare tier cards, one is 97 McCutchen. There will be 5 base tier cards Perez, Kingman, and Murphy are three of them.
There are 2 rare and 2 base tier that were not revealed.
