Does one of these attributes shrink the opponents PCI? If so, which one affects that?

H/9 I believe is the one that effects the PCI size

Believe it's different this year; Contact and H/9 determine inner PCI size (sweet spot), Vision and K/9 determine outer PCI size (ability to fight off pitch).
