Found & reported yet another bug...

Two nights ago I played an RS game that really was a microcosm of why so many of us hate online play this year. I was up 3-1 heading into the 9th and fully expecting to blow the lead despite a lights-out bullpen since that's what almost always happens this year. Sure enough, after getting the first out, I give up a homer, two singles and another homer. While I was obviously pissed, I predictably came back with a big 2-run homer of my own to tie it at 5.
So here's the bug: later that same inning, I pinch-hit for my pitcher. The guy got on base and I pinch-ran with Kenny Lofton. I had a reliever warming up in case I didn't score the winning run and the game went extra innings.
Well when I got to extras, guess what? This stupid game wouldn't let me make a pitching change. Before you claim this is part of the new three batter rule: it's not and I've verified that in the actual MLB rulebook. You absolutely have the opportunity to make a pitching change the following inning if a pitcher has been pinch-run/pinch-hit for. There are actually more restrictions on using position players as pitchers this year than ever before.
So after a long, hard-fought RS game, I wound up losing because I had to use Kenny freaking Lofton as a pitcher for 3 batters in extra innings. It's insane that an obvious mistake like this could still ruin online games after so many patches. What are you doing, SDS?

I'm not saying that its not a bug bit if you accidentally backed out when it asked if you want to bring a new pitcher in for the position player then that player is now on the mound and has to pitch to 3 players. While it sucks that would be a mistake on your end. If that's not what happened then thats a really crappy way to lose a game.

I didn't accidentally back out. Thanks for saying that though, as it's an important point. This is definitely a bug that needs to be fixed. By the way, why are pitchers even hitting in RS games anymore? If there's a baseball season this year it's already been agreed that it will be DH only.

For some reason the DH is nonexistant in DD. Even in AL ballparks there is no DH. Its kinda dumb, they should make it optional.

Even if we back out by mistake, we should still have the option to go back into the menu. That’s on SDS for not giving us that option.

I respectfully disagree. If you aren't paying attention and back out that is your punishment. The player is on the mound and has to pitch to 3 batters once you back out, thats not their fault.

I agree, but again, for the record, I did not back out by mistake. This happened all on its own and is a bug.

Once you’re on the mound though, you have to pitch to three batters or until the inning ends.
There’s no rule about how many pinch hitters you can bring in.

Lol it’s entirely their fault, they struggle to code the most basic of features and completely fail at difficult ones.

I forget which h2h mode this happens in but when I'm frustrated and don't wana waste my bullpen I try to purposely back out and pitch with my pinch hitter, it refuses to back out. I have no choice but to pick a bullpen arm.
