Had a fella send me a message during a game. Nothing wrong with that but, HOW!? I use to send a GG or nice uniform design. My “Players Met”, has not been working this year. Is it just mine or am I missing something?

I have the ps message app on my phone. You can type their name into that and then just send a message from there like a text message

It takes about 30 secs to type in a name and send a message if you got theapp on your phone. That's how I do it

Okay I have the message app just wondering if my players met was the only one not working or if it was a glitch this year. Still little confused how he messaged so fast? I’m old I can’t remember a players tag at the short glance between innings haha. Only way I guess I can find their tag is in game history in DD

A lot of people, myself included will message once the gamer tag pops up on the loading screen.
If I see someone grinding innings for the events I know I’ll get a message asking for something, whether it be a hit, etc. I usually will help them out for the free win.
However if someone messages me asking me to quit because they are “so close to x wins” I ignore those

‘Players met’ feature can be switched on or off by a game’s devs. In the show, it’s off. It is that way in 19 and most likely prior games.

I have one of my interns send messages. I have a different intern play all my games, and my personal assistant handles my forum posts.

I turned off messages. Madden made that necessary.

My messages are off. Got tired of entitled kids sending me messages during events begging for wins so I turned messages off

Mine only shows players from like 2019. Nothing recent. I have to search their name if I want to message them.
