Can't get a ranked seasons game

Keep getting "a response was not received within a reasonable amount of time." The rating bar says 0 on each end. Never seen this before. Yes my hardwired 600 mbps Comcast internet is working well.

Happened to me before. Had to restart twice before it started working again. First time it’s happened to me.
