Injury to pitcher

just played an RS game where my batter hit Newhouser in the face and he got knocked out of the game. Is this new?? In all my years of playing the show I've NEVER seen a pitcher get knocked out of a game!!! And I've hit ATLEAST 100 pitchers lol

Injuries are a thing in this year's game yes, but i have only seen pitchers get injured

Same thing happened to me in back to back games. Now my pen is gassed.

I know it was in the game last year too, I can't remember the pitcher but I drilled him in the head and he dropped like a bag of potatoes. I'm pretty sure he went to the Field of Dreams after that shot.
