Alright so this is a problem that has been occurring to me recently, and I’m assuming that I’m not the only one who’s experiencing it. Basically when there is two outs and a runner on second the middle infielders don’t cover pickoffs. And of course this means homeboy can take two extra leads, sometimes three even with his speedsters and isn’t able to get picked off. It’s a more minor issue, but it’s still an issue

You can go into defensive positioning and change the infielders to cover 2B. Also, they automatically do this because you give up a step or by overing the base.
