Can you make logos online here or do you have to make them in game?

I wanted to make a logo here for the Vault but I can't find anything, I would appreciate your help!

You have to use the in-game logo editor or pull a logo (someone else's) from the logo vault.

Editor takes a bit of practice, but it can become kinda fun.
