How Do I Get My Players to Do Fielding Drills?

I lost 3 event games on errors with 1 being a dropped final out in left and a dropped throw to 1B on a routing grounder to 1B.

I almost lost a 4th game in a row on an error, as well: led to 2, 2-out runs, in a 3-2 win.

These bums need to do some drills ASAP!
