if you go to college, you gain 2-3 in power, contact, ect., but i think it should be more realistic then that

for example, in high school, stephen strasburg was bad, then, he went to college and became a #1 draft pick. i propose an idea that if you have A potential and go to college, you should gain 5-6 attribute points in the selected attributes. if you have C or D potential, you should gain 1-2. im saying that attribute points gained in college should be determined by potential and should be buffed by 1-2 on average.
