Prestige Team Affinities

I wish we could see more of a stat grind for the original TA cards... In example, I have been using Gleyber Torres from the moment I unlocked him and have very good numbers with him and probably would be close to prestige him if it were an option.
Overall, TA is a way to show off your team... Prestige is a way to upgrade your favorite players and show them off. Why not combine them and offer stat grinds for at least the original TA cards? It would add to the already existing longevity of TA this year.
With Inside Edge absent this year, this would be a nice way to increase stats of today's stars.

I never thought about finest cards being flashbacks. I actually like that idea. My prediction for summer/fall TA is an all star version of a player and then a postseason version of someone

I want to be able to Prestige them offline. Make the stats more to get, like 1.5 times more stats, I'll be fine with it. Let us offline guys Prestige those cards.

Who would be a postseason Brewers player though? Seems tough to find.

The problem, of course, is allowing someone to earn it offline and then use it online. How are you going to combat that?
I don't necessarily like that that the prestige cards are online-only because I'm not good enough and don't play online often enough to prestige the non-pitchers and the obsessive-compulsive pack rat in me is gonna hate not being able to collect EVERYTHING.
But I understand their thinking behind it.

This, seriously!!!
Why shouldn't we be able to? Chances are, we'd probably just use them offline when we get them unlocked anyway.
