@allmustfall16 won’t be on for a lil while. Curious if timing window for sinker has increased? Seems like the window for the sinker is < then FB. Notice anything?
Do you really feel rewarded better with input?
I played one event game this morning and it felt better the balls I missed I felt I missed and my timing was off. There are more balls put into play which I'm ok with as games will move along quicker then what was going on before. Also really small sample size hit verity was very apparent as I ripped a double down the right field line with Marte and I haven't done that online in 3 weeks

They are trying people. Stop bashing them for awhile and give them a chance. They are listening and the other issues I’m sure are being addressed.

Even the hitting in moments feels good now hopefully Showdown will be affect which it should

The increase size for the PCI wasn't really needed, it was the timing window that needed adjustments. Glad to hear its about the same.

Never forget, most of the people whining about hitting day one were all star difficulty and below.
This is going to be great for HOF. And you’ll still be able to pitch effectively with fastballs being legit this year.

I hope so. I actually really started to like the small windows on HOF. I felt like I could pitch very effectively, and I still hit .330 on my 10 game WS run right before the season ended (all on HOF difficulty).
I’m afraid we’re gonna have a ton of very early/late foul balls on really good pitches.

So tired of seeing the negativity about the game. Yes it could be better but it still has the potential to be one solid game
Props for what? Game isnt better. They just made it even easier to hit unrealistic HRs.

Personally I haven’t noticed any difference. Feels like a Placebo patch to me. Still getting more perfect/perfect outs than I am reaching base safely. Still getting bad contact from good/good.

Good/okay seems to still be the main result even when the ball is completely inside the PCI. Also, freezing in online play is an issue post patch

Pitching has been the same since last year. Unfortunately i dont think a fix is in coming.
I've used meter pitching as long as I can remember. In 19s version perfect releases went to their spots. I also didnt notice meatballs being as prevalent.

Haven't played yet, but if this helps with 95mph fastballs feeling like 120 sometimes then I'm all for it. That feeling like you're swinging an axe underwater is one biggest complaint this year. It's ridiculous that i have to swing before i even see the ball and pray its a high fastball just to get a very late.

Pithing is almost exactly the same as 19. In 19 you didn’t notice the meatballs because they were line outs instead of being blasted over the wall

I didn’t feel much difference. Granted only one game and it was on All-Star. Hopefully will get a HOF game later when I can get back on

What a stupid post. Why would you just accept something like this? Also many people don't read these boards or know what a "freeze off" is and have to take multiple losses before realizing that they have to leave their PS4 on for 9 hours.

Gameplay feels so much better already, especially hitting.
If pitching accuracy and strike zone calls get some improvement to even out the hitting bump i think we have a winner.
Game definitely feels more fun to me and thats what is really important.
Thank you sds! Cant wait to play again later, its such a good feeling to have again.

Since hardwiring my PS4, I've played probably 250 online games this year and last and have had probably 1 freeze off... Never happens.
It's most likely on your end, which makes it even funnier being that you are absolutely ridiculous and off the wall on these forums about this -
I still hit like trash online, but IMO that is all me. Finally about to play some CPU, that is where I expect to notice a difference.
