Giant LOL for Griffey

Doesn't look that much off of Tino Martinez. It's odd this year how they are pairing one stinker card with another that is top tier.
I mean if you put Tino and Griff as last seasons rewards and then Britton and May as this season's, its a ton more comparable

The Dustin May looks insane... safe to say that’ll be my choice.

The Griffey card is an L, coulda been great if they made him have high gold defense to boost the contact. Pci will be too small for hof diffulty.

What exactly is wrong with this card that has got everybody so upset? It looks like a very good card to me but I'm not a World Series "every card is bad" snob. If you were expecting a 97-99 OVR, you were bound to be disappointed. Plus, I'd say it's a certainty that we'll get a (probably free) 99 OVR Ken Griffey Jr. in July or August.

I kinda feel you on this. For anyone that has the Live Series collection done, there aren't a ton of really appealing options on the market.
Personally, I really want this Griffey, the BR Ben Zobrist, that FS Dustin May, and I still need quite a few Live Series cards like Bellinger, deGrom, Acuna, and Yelich but I could see why other players wouldn't be too excited about paying 200K+ for a card like Zobrist and this Griffey.
