Two players in custom league on the same PS4?

Hi.
Two of the people in my custom league are in the same house using the same PS4. It doesn't look as if there's a way for them to play their games against each other. Is there a way to do that that we're not realizing?

How do Invites work? I have four ID's, including my own, but I can't invite myself for that fourth team? Am I missing something or is there a way to invite four, but have as many as 6-8 with more than one team per ID?
