Fix user swing timing

I have never seen so many very early swings in this [censored] game seriously, you can't have very early swings yet square them up it's impossible SDS y'all need to adjust user sliders for MTO because it's frustrating when you get screwed by a crappy algorithm

Timing window is broken without a doubt. Latency issues are also playing a part this year more than in the past.

It's absolute trash especially when you get good/popped and it's "popped" all the way to the warning track
