    I can’t answer 1 because I used it once so long ago and I can’t remember how to use it now. Face scan is for your Diamond Dynasty and RTTS player and as far as I know he cannot be used in any other mode.

    Trea and Jazz were not choices, so you were automatically given them. The Set 1 Bosses are a choice and you have to go to the "open packs" area of the DD menu to find that choice pack.

    Too late for this month, but you should be able to get it next month. You have to be signed up prior to them being dropped.

    I don’t have a fix, but supposedly this problem has been consistent with people that have T-Mobile as there internet provider. Do you have T-Mobile by any chance? If so that could be the problem. Just trying to help
