Just to follow up on my previous post; the most frustrating thing is that customer service at SDS doesn't help out at all. You'll likely receive a generic response from a rep named Miguel, asking you to change some ports when this is NOT an internet issue! I've had the problem over a month now, I know some players have had it more than two months... but more and more people are starting to experience it. I suspect it's some form of glitch with certain MLB accounts that's locking us out from the servers entirely. Either way; your best bet is to go through PSN Support and hopefully enough of us can report the issue that they turn their attention towards it.

Everything should automatically save onto your console and will be there when you reinstall.

Yeah I haven't received any either but I don't think it's that big of a deal. I never get anything good from them

I made the mistake of trying to edit my stadium and now it won't upload. I on Xbox X so it's a problem everywhere!

Switching back and forth from my show and xbox profiles did the trick it looks like

I know you said you checked mini seasons but did you try the Lefty Loosey mini seasons?

Yesterday I purchased stubs during the stub sale and have yet to receive them. I bought them through the Microsoft website since I was directed there through the show website and I was away from my console at the time of purchase. After it was made, I never received my stubs and I have checked both the companion app and website. The purchase is shown on both Microsoft and bank account so I’m lost at this point. Put in a bug report, there is a category for not receiving stuff,state what happened, they are usually pretty quick with these.

I’ve done that as well so I guess I’ll just have to wait and see

How I know if I’m ban? Yesterday I bought $20 stubs from the companion app and they never gave me my stubs, so I did a refund with Ps, y’all think I’m ban?

I'd you did a charge back with your credit card, then your account was probably banned based on what I've read on here and other forums in the past.

I’ve read others who’ve indicated that when banned there is some kind of timer that displays when you first try and enter the game. I bought the game after doing a 3 hour trial on thru PS+ and this is how it was presented in that case so maybe look for that. If it fires up no problem on your console then it’s something else. Submit a help desk ticket and see what they tell you

SDS told me that I had a suspension placed by my console, you think PS can fix that?

Seems like neither of them knows what’s going on. Maybe this will help you get some idea how to proceed.
