Yep, co-op has fallen apart again. We had three freezes in a row last night.

Just played a game that was the most broken game ever. Catfish Hunter was pitching and the ball was just releasing from a left handed release point. Then my teammate hit a double and it sent him back to hit in the same situation, he then hit a homerun and the same thing happened. After that the game froze up. We ended up losing our ranked progress and got cooldown penalties. VERY VERY annoying for a mode that is so fun.

Turn off crossplay.
Turn your controller off the on again, sometimes a few times, always works.

I have played enough games where there have been times where I got into "chat" back and for and it resyncs, or like you said, keep turning controller on and off again and maybe something happens. But have played this mode so much to know there is no one "fix" to this issue. Sometimes you are just literally stuck in a complete wait off. And since penalties are so egregiously bad, people will wait for eternity before dropping the game...and I get it. The penalties are insane and stupid. Why do they even exist? If a game does not freeze and I am getting reamed, I would just concede. I know kids these days don't do that, but geez - Point being - we should not face any penalty because of a game/programming/server/console conflict issue. They should just eliminate the penalty.

I dig the golds we get. I hit a 3 run nuke with gold Lindor today and my teammate went yard multiple times with Will Smith 🙂

Wish they could be banned from all play. They are all horrible.

There is definitely more to be done, but I think the improvements are great with the actual rewards. I do think co op should definitely have a separate reward path form ranked seasons. They need to stop letting people use starters out of the bullpen every game. Stability is the biggest thing, but I think that comes in time. It is only the second year of co op, so I think we will see more every year. Eventually I would like to see true clans or squads with uniforms, players stats, etc.

This! If their servers don’t work, you cant put a cool down timer on. I’m currently stuck in a 30 min cooldown because their servers crashed and we got stuck in a freeze off so I dashboarded out.

Yeah this mode has so many issues. I'm currently in a 3v3 freeze off in the top of the first inning.

Another idea I posted on Reddit for a separate co op ranked squad with team members.

Lss you could have a full squad set and saved before you get into a game just like solo.

Yep same issue for me. Have had to quit out of a handful of freezes and the last lockout was 2 hours
