Crazy to read “latter half of the console cycle” but I guess I did get mine 3 years ago now.

3 years in November for me, and don't forget for the first third of it's shelf life current gen consoles were nigh impossible to get...so we lost a good portion of it's life cycle

Ok, I've suggested this before because I've caught it a couple times. Record your gameplay. Reason I say this is I'm sure we've all seen the CPU foul off a pitch they had no business making contact with, right? Compare your gameplay footage to the replay...and every so often you'll see glaring discrepancy. Every so often you'll see a "foul off" on a ball they never even got close to contacting. It's not every time, but alot more than you'd think

Still nothing for SC either, which I know is lower down the priority list and I accept that. But we're 6 updates deep now with nothing of real substance done to better the game, or its stability/performance

Have used directional for the last 4 years after being a zone player since the ps2 days. I'm fine with it now. And I use to be one of those zone hitting snobs for many years.

I was able to resolve this by

deleting my save file from the cloud unlinking my ps account uninstalling the game reinstalling the game from scratch

everything is back.

To each their own; I found the franchise aspects (tickets, concessions etc) tedious. I preferred a set budget like High Heat Baseball used to have. The gradual building of a ballpark was nice for sure, though.

This game has gone backwards at every level this year.

Please fix custom leagues because every time I load the uniform screen. It shows that I am the Yankees. When I should be the Boston Red Sox. Also team stats don't show up correctly on the team stats screen.

Reminds me of the game Saturday wsox vs Phils. Pinto came into the 9th with a 9-0 lead ,10 mins later Alvarado had to come in bases loaded with tying run at plate to get the last out.
No lead is ever truly secure(though to almost blow 9 is ridiculous)
